I’m Rocco Grieco, the astrophotographer behind astro_rock_tography, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. What started as a fascination with the night sky has grown into a passion for capturing galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and the Moon.

My biggest goal is to make astrophotography less intimidating for people who want to get into the hobby. There’s a lot to learn, but I want to show people that it can also be fun, exciting, and educational.

As a Spectrum Optics brand ambassador, I want to create engaging, authentic content using Spectrum Optics telescopes to show my audience what’s possible and how much fun it can be to explore and photograph the universe.
